We review the study “ Helper molecule reverses degeneration of muscle in mouse model of tissue aging, wasting “ in regard to a form of vitamin B3, called nicotinamide riboside (NR). * The research may of also led to an unexpected discovery in regard to treating muscular dystrophy with nicotinamide riboside
Fascinating re: reversing wasting, but I’m wondering if it will prove to have efficacy for reversing or slowing down the effects of aging inquiring seniors want to know! 🙂
I always appreciate your posts, btw. Thanks.

Aging research is still very much in its infancy. From what I can tell, it will require a 3 prong approach (Perception, Regeneration, Culling )
We know we have to cull defective cells in order to regenerate new youthful cells, but that is all useless if the mind set in not in sync.
In any case – Rudimentary studies have been done in humans – with Beet Juice, Vitamin E, D, and Creatine with promising results for enhancing as well as restoring strength and endurance.
On the Horizon though: 🙂
PQQ, NR, Ursolic acid, and Honokiol, Tomatidine
Thanks,
Ralph
