We look at a recent study ( 28 OCT 2015 ) of how a few types of natural mosquito repellents stacked up to DEET. The study yielded some very interesting surprises, as well as over turn a commonly held assumption.
Mosquito types tested: Asian tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus), yellow fever mosquito (Aedes aegypti)
* This was a small detailed sampling of some popular products, and obviously excluded many other potentially worthy alternatives.
I have a strong affinity for the sciences which led me to create my sites. My compulsion for the past decade has been reviewing literally every peer-reviewed research article. Which can easily be validated by following my posts. To me, science is where the real news is, as it will mold our destiny beyond that of politics or economics. ;-)
